In order to manifest your desires at will it is necessary to be in the moment. Do your best not to get caught up in your day to day worries or situations that may arise that make you angry. Of course we all have “stuff” we have to deal with on a daily basis. The way we deal with it is key.
Take a look at your inner fears and how they are manifesting outwardly in your life. We all create the walls that surround us. Practice if you can just for a moment releasing your fears. Give them over to the Divine. What would your reality look like if you could let go? Just imagine there is a divine source that is willing to take over your worst fears and problems and transform them. Make the intention that you want to act in complete collaboration with your higher self and align with it.
Being in the now we are able to connect with our Divine self and to be in freedom. It’s a place with no constraints and a way to let ourselves out of our self-imposed prisons. Dr. Pillai has a way of “floating” from moment to moment. This doesn’t mean to suggest that you float through your life without taking responsibility. Rather it is a way to react to situations without getting caught up in the negativity. I’ve discovered a new use for vibhuti otherwise known as sacred ash. It’s a bona fide face lifter!
A while back I had noticed that one side of my face was drooping. It wasn’t noticeable unless you really looked closely, but once I noticed it the difference seemed quite pronounced. I have been using the Radha Krishna sounds non stop since I was introduced to them. My dog is deathly afraid of thunderstorms.
